Review of Tspoons Cooking School and Kitchen :
Location: was walking distance for us so that was great. Also Swallow Bar and Hennessy are walking distance for a fun night on the town. The location is not huge but very well decorated.
Cooking Instructor: Was not not my favorite . People skills is not her strong suit. I felt like a 5th grade kid in trouble most of the time. At one point someone asked how long to boil the ravioli she said 3-min then turned to me and said loudly but yours will take 6-min. Our group was having fun getting to know each-other and not 100% focused so I guess it was her way for asking for us to stop.
Food: Was delicious and very easy to make. Most of the ingredients I have in my kitchen . We brought home leftovers.
What I loved: The couple we were paired with was lots of fun. Spending time with Jorge learning something new brought back that dating vibe when we first met. It also got us interested in cooking at home we out way to much. Our next cooking class I now know to bring a bottle of wine or two and take home containers.
