Height: 5″1″ Age: 37 Size: 12-14

Starting Weight : 189.3 Lbs.

Goal Weight : 120 Lbs.


I am at my heaviest I have ever been I have tried just about everything I would lose 10-20-lbs and then gaining back in a couple of months. I had my 1st son (2003) I gained 50 lbs. then I had my second son (2011) and gained another 20 lbs.

Have you watched This is Us Episode ? Growing up I was a thin kid yet I never saw myself that way I started dieting when I was around 8 yrs old. In my teens I was a size 0-2 and that was never thin enough. I had my daughter when I was 16 yrs old one of the of the first things I did when I got home from the hospital was workout to my Cindy Crawford workout Video. The 70 lbs I put on with Jade fell off so fast I was back in my size 2 jeans within months. I kept a pair of my old jeans they are the first thing I see when I open my closet door .

Fast forward seven years later I had become one of my biggest fears I was 160 lbs I thought that the weight would just fall off like it did the first time but it didn’t. At some point I just stopped looking at myself in full length mirrors . My husband never said a thing about my weight he made me feel beautiful. It wasn’t until I saw myself in pictures and didn’t recognize myself that I would start the diet/workout cycle.

My youngest is now 6 yrs old I have lived with this extra weight for over 14 yrs and I can’t do it anymore. I am a very determined person that usually gets what I want. So why I have I not been successful with this ? Because I hate being told what to do even when its me telling myself what do its part of my self destructive self.
